Our products are perishable , baked and decorated by staff, our refund policy is as follows:
- If product is not picked up , we do not give a refund.
- If there is a defect in your order, please let us know immediately and return the product promptly within 2 days of pick up or delivery. In this case, we will provide a prorated refund determined by the amount of product returned. We must determine that there is a quality deficiency for this refund.
- If you try one of our products and simply don't care for it. We hope that you will try a different product, however , refunds will not be given.
- Cancellations or changes to your order must be given 24 hours prior to pick up/ delivery.
- Refunds will not be given for an amount greater than the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.
- Sweet One's Candy reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
